What is Pipity?
Pipity is a fledgling range of ‘portable, packable, tools and books’ for kids aged 5+ to inspire and encourage imaginative and creative play … at-home or on-the-go. All of the products – dinky little A5 Activity Cases, Portfolios and Activity Books – were dreamt up and designed by me, Kate, a Mum of 3, down here in lovely Devon:
* Pipity Activity Case: a hardwearing little oilcloth carry case with everything you need to get creating: colouring pencils, scissors, ruler, glue and sharpener ... plus the Activity Starter Pack – a book bursting with activities to colour, create and play!
* Pipity Portfolio: a fab companion to the Activity Case in which to store precious creations!
* Pipity Activity Books: a neat little range of books featuring a variety of paper-based activities, including good old-fashioned favourites ... and no small pieces to lose!
Which ages is Pipity suitable for?
Our customers buy Pipity for little people of all ages! On our packaging, we say for ages 5+, as most children at this stage are able to complete the crafty, arty activities, games and puzzles. We generally find it appeals most to children between the ages of 5 - 10, but really it depends on the girl or boy you are buying for. The Pipity Activity Case is often used by slightly younger children, with the plain paper pad, but please note that it is only suitable for children aged 3+ due to small parts.
Where does the name Pipity come from?
That’s a great question! OK, so it originally came from two ideas: from combining the words ‘Pencils’ + ‘Paper’ + ‘Activities’, and also from the idea of planting a pip and watching it grow and flourish through play and activities.
Can I take Pipity Scissors on a plane?
Pipity Scissors meet UK Government safety standards to be included in hand luggage when boarding a plane in the UK: blades no longer than 6cm from the point where they cross (yellow dot on Pipity Scissors). I have often travelled with a Pipity in my handluggage with no problems. All info is available from the UK Gov website:
However, please note that discretion of airport security staff is final and they may remove any item considered dangerous, even it it meets hand luggage requirements. We have had reports from a number of customers who have had their scissors confiscated, so please be aware we can not guarantee they will make it through.
Where can I buy your cases and where do you deliver too?
Pipity goodies are available from our website, from Amazon.co.uk and from Darts Farm in Devon. We can send Pipity worldwide, please see the next section for timings and prices!

How much is delivery and what are delivery options?
Pipity offer a variety of shipping options depending on the value, weight and/or destination of your order. For more information on which one is right for you, read on!
UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS
We have three delivery services...
FREE - Economy Second Class Delivery
Choose this option if you don’t mind waiting a little longer. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and we use a 48 hour Royal Mail Service that does not require a signature. (Please be aware that delivery may take longer during busier periods).
For orders over 2kg we use MyHermes signed for delivery service.
£3.50 - Standard First Class Delivery
Choose this option for delivery within 3-4 days. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and use a 24 hour Royal Mail Service that does not require a signature.
For orders over 2kg we use MyHermes and will ensure parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received.
£10 - Next Day Tracked Delivery
If you’re in a hurry to get your Pipity Goodies then choose this option for delivery by 1pm the next working day (Mon - Fri). We use a tracked Royal Mail Service that will require a signature.
Guaranteed deliveries by 1pm on a Saturday will be charged £15, but please contact us by phone or email to arrange, and we will invoice you directly for this.
As follows are our international delivery options, wherever you are.
Destinations: France, Germany, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, etc.
Delivery is just £15 as a flat rate up to 2kg, or FREE when you spend over £100!
Using Parcel Force, we aim to get your Pipity goods to you within 5 working days. Don't forget that if you spend more than £100, we'll waive the delivery cost!
Destinations: Canada and United States of America.
North America Economy
Delivery is just £25 on a flat rate basis for items that weigh up to 2kg. Using Parcel Force International guaranteed, we aim to get your Pipity goods to you within 5 to 7 working days.
Or if you spend more than £150, we'll waive the delivery cost and happily wave your goodies off to fly across the Atlantic!
REST OF THE WORLD
Destinations: Australia, China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South America, etc.
Rest Of The World Economy
Using Parcel Force International we aim to get your Pipity goods to you within 7 to 10 working days for £25 for orders weighing less than 2kg.
Rest Of The World Premium
Deliver your goodies within 2 to 4 working days using DHL, this option costs just £30 when your order weighs less than 2kg.
Occasionally factors out of our control will mean that we cannot absolutely guarantee the time it will take to get your order to you but we will do everything we can to get your items to you as soon as we can.
The UK delivery zone includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man. Pipity also include the Channel Islands too - we're nice like that!
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Oh no! Sorry to hear that. Please email email@example.com with your order details and we'll follow up your missing package.
I have placed the wrong order by mistake, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, so that we can alter your order - hopefully before it has been sent!

If you need to alter your order once it has been sent out, you will need to return Pipity Products with your Name, Address and Order details to: Pipity, Bowhill, Riverside Rd, Topsham, Devon, EX3 0LR and we will send out replacments once your returned package has been recieved.
Alternatively, for a quicker turn around re-order and pay for the correct products, return the products you don't want and we will reimburse you with a full refund.
What is your returns policy?
If there is a fault with your products, please contact us within 28 days of purchase via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01392 690707, confirming your order number, and we will provide you with a replacement (if available) or a full refund. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty items via the Royal Mail Second Class service.
Under the UK Consumer (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, for any online orders through Pipity.com you are also entitled to cancel your order for a full refund. To cancel your order, please email us or call us within 28 working days after receipt of purchase and quote your order reference number when doing so. The items must be returned unused, and where possible in the original packaging. Delivery charges to return any unwanted items are non-refundable. If you change your mind about the products you have ordered you will be responsible for the cost of returning those products to us. If you need to return goods please choose Royal Mail Second Class service.
I would like to exchange Pipity products that I have bought. What do I need to do?
Exchanges can be made by completing the following two steps. First, you return the old product directly to us at Pipity, Bowhill, Riverside Rd, Topsham, Devon, EX3 0LR, the items must be returned unused, and where possible in the original packaging. You will then receive a refund for the full purchase amount. Second, you order the desired new Pipity product.

My Pipity product has a flaw, what do I do?
Please contact us directly at email@example.com, including your order number and a photo of the flaw. From Monday to Friday you can usually expect an answer within 24 hours. We promise to take your problem seriously and will try to solve it as soon as possible and as efficiently and hassle-free as we can. Our goal is to resolve your inquiry in a single contact.
